Subject: Complaining of No Rebate At Bank's Credit Card Merchant
Last weekend, I had a trip to Langkawi and lunch at
Pxxxmayo(suppose to have 15% off of total bill) at Pantai Cenang, Mukim Kedawang, Langkawi on 08/11/08.
I was supposed to get the rebate. But, the shop giving me many reasons of the rebate only valid for CxxB card and they not even know the card I hold.
I felt bad on that service and as I was being "cheated".
My card number is xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx (Master Card).
Now I really doubt the creditability of the card and the member's privileges also. Please follow up and do respond to me.

As I received the monthly statement on 20th Dec 2008. I could not see any record about the refund. It is more than a month already. It's that so complicated on the process? This so called "customer service" is really inconvenience and for sure I won't spend a cent at the restaurant again.

I got this month's credit card statement. Once again I have been disappointed.This is beacause there is nothing or no sign to show your "related" department giving any result on the complain (2 months ago). Yet, I wonder it has been ignored and maybe my complain is such a tiny matter and not qualify to be considered.
Finally, no need to thank for the "patience & kind understanding" because I already don't have.

老实说,我蛮同情他们的……(不是你哦~)
最近就遇到一个好像你这样的用户。有些时候不是不想快点完成使命,而是需要的手续和步骤实在太多而牵涉到的部门可能也不少~
你就静观其变吧……
新年了,不要“劳气”啦~XD
我只是寄了那么几封电邮。他们也没给个比较肯定的答复或是付还款项的日子。我可没有拨电去臭骂他们。哈哈!虽然,我应被付还的款项不多,RM19++吧,但是,我觉得他们是有责任的。因为如此,所以我就表明立场,追究咯!
我觉得,其他银行也会发生此类型的问题。你们也该小心。
