大学迎新周

别误会！不是我的大学迎新周。

我的大学迎新周已经是过去。五年前吧！但是记忆犹新，我可以大大声说我在USM的迎新周过的很好。

为什么呢！因为我不必要像其他朋友，被折磨，而不是所谓的“欢迎”。我还记得，我迎新周，每一天的时间编排与流程都很有规律，安排妥当。早上8时集合，晚上11前就会结束，中间还有蛮多的自由活动或交流的时间。第一天的晚上，想与死党通通短讯，叙述我的大学，也想听听他的XX大学有多好。哈哈！我11时多简讯没有回复叻！不久后，我也睡着了。大概凌晨一点多了，手机震动惊醒了我。是我死党的回复，他说：“好累哦！”。继续的几天，他简讯里就只有，“累死了..”，“想睡..”，“没时间..”，“我顶..”。

我只好为他打气，“Dude! Keep up! It will be fine soon!”

我很幸运，应为我不必连续几天都到凌晨才回宿舍休息，不必天还未亮早上5时集合，不必有那喘不过气的流程。好友更羡慕我有着轻松的迎新周，不是他们的“挑战极限玩残你迎新周”。

迎新周不是要培养新学者对学府的归属感吗？
迎新周不是要协助新学者适应新环境吗？
迎新周不是要让新学者留下美好的大学第一天吗？

据我所知，上述的XX大学今年也是那么“挑战”，小妹的XKX大学，还有一些吉兰丹的大学也不例外。

小妹，我帮不了什么，也不怎么能为你打抱不平！
两个星期后，我再去看你，要好好照顾自己哦！

“小妹！加油！加油！加加油！”。

MBO

最近，公司里头的热门话题，就是这个MBO--Management by Objectives。

Management by Objectives (MBO) is a process of agreeing upon objectives within an organization so that management and employees agree to the objectives and understand what they are in the organization...

为个人的工作设定一个期限与目标。公司会以这个为个人工作表现的衡量标准，而决定每一季的盈利分红。

哈哈！提起分红时，我们身为“打工仔”的，当然就特别起劲了。

可是，MBO也会令人忧心的。我们是否能预期完成？

MBO的好：
1）明确的目标--员工不用糊里糊涂的，也不会游手好闲。
2）加强基层与高层的沟通--工作的分配与安排，使彼此更了解。
3）激励工作士气--分红！分红！

但是，我却觉得，之后的Objectives会不会变成Objectivessssssssss...
MBO就会变成一个恶梦咯！

希望，更有规划的实践MBO，为公司，为我们带来的好处胜于坏处。

巴士常遇记

今天，我刚刚从家乡回到槟岛。
今天，我搭巴士。
今天，巴士常遇的，我也遇到了。

第一：
上巴士后，我就跟着我的车票的座位号码，坐好好了。
突然，一位Aunty望着我这边说：“Number 8”。
我是7号的，我没坐错。
我隔壁的印度男就理直气壮的说：“Mana-mana pun boleh duduk!”
那位Aunty跟司机说，司机也没理，让她很无奈。

在这时候，我脑里上演了这故事的另一个结局。

假如是我：“Please go and sit according your seat number.”

（不过，看来这种“无品”的人是不会明白。我得换一换语言。）

假如是我：“Pergi duduk tempat mu. Saya nak duduk tempatku.”+严肃的眼光。

（假如印度男还不离开。）

假如是我：“Hei,lu tak tao baca nombor kah?Saya nak duduk sini!Jangan duduk suka-suka lu.”+凶狠的眼光+心理粗言畏语诅咒。

看着那女的默默地走开，我的心理也不禁@x#%&*&^!我隔壁的印度男了。

第二：
印度男的“臭男人味”，我也得闪开，把头转向另一边。
我心底很自然的再补上了几句粗言！

第三：
印度男的电话铃声响起了。
他高分贝谈话，划破了巴士里的一片宁静。
仿佛，最后座的人也能听到。
我吗？实在难受咯！
噻！

我劝大家在乘搭公共交通时，紧记：
一、假如有指定的座位，请坐回原位，以免造成不必要的混乱。
二、注意个人卫生清洁，不要做“臭人”。
三、尽量将电话铃声调底或静音。
四、别高谈阔论。
五、要懂得尊重其他人。

这样，就不会给别人麻烦啦！
这也可避免其他人在你背后的那些“星星、月亮、太阳、@#$%^&....”等等。
别人也不会一直问候你的“爸爸、妈妈、祖宗十八代....”了。

是华人也懂，这名字肯定会让人尴尬，更让人难以启齿。
资讯工艺的两个巨头真的没有华人提醒他们（那些老外）选名字要小心某些译音。
华语、方言多得很，同音异字繁多。
这个词该怎么念啦！
我可不想“粗口”横飞。
不过我们工作的领域，有可能会遇上这两个“咚咚”。
不过，这两个“咚咚”得到蛮多外界的注目。
或许，
是一种推广策略。
我们就一笑置之吧。
